Mill Farm is a lovely campsite and fisheries tucked away in the picturesque rural village of Great Ellingham, right in the peaceful heart of Norfolk. The level site is straightforward to access, extending over an acre, sprinkled with trees and the fertile greenery of the quintessential English countryside. Guests are welcome to rumble by and pitch or park up on generous, level, grass pitches with electric hook-ups and enjoy the main draw - three well-stocked fishing lakes consisting primarily of Carp, the largest weighing an estimated 12lb. Non-fishers are encouraged to bring along books and plenty else to keep themselves occupied as the earnest anglers bound out of bed, stroll from the pitch and dive right into a day of fishing. The owners recommend anglers bring along fishing tackle to make use of the excellent angling opportunities on-site. The nearest town is the picturesque market town of Attleborough, located 3-miles away (or 10-minutes by car) with the regular shops, including a Sainsbury supermarket, greengrocers, chemist and a butcher. The Crown Inn, located 100 yards from the campsite, sells delicious pub grub and real ale, earning rave reviews for its excellent quality and generous portions. Facilities include toilets, hot showers, washing up area, drinking water points, and chemical disposal. Pets welcome.
