Campervan : BristolSilverAirCon

Right from the start everything about our holiday with this van was perfect. We were picked up and had everything we\'d ever want to know about the workings of the van explained to us and then with a handshake and cheery wave we were off! Due to a rather complicated and unplanned last minute family get together our journey took us from the south coast of Cornwall up to the High Peak Moors of Derbyshire but the van never gave us any trouble and we were immediately at home everywhere we stayed. Clean, comfortable and reliable, this van helped make a perfect holiday and we would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to hire a camper in the Bristol area.

Campervan : luna2hire

Luna2 was hired to us just past the stroke of midnight the day we were heading to our festival after we had a nightmare with our own well over due camper.. Kev was amazing and got us set up within hours of us due to leave. It\'s was super comfy, had everything we needed including HOT showers without hook up! It\'s got a great pulling engine and drives like a dream. Highly recommend!

Campervan : BarbaraThelma

we had a superb time! Barbara Thelma behaved perfectly. Had everything we needed. Lenders were really kind and helpful. One thing that would be good would be a Campervan Virgin’s guide on the site. We might be able to do a little article on what we learned from our trip if you like?

Campervan : Meghan

We took Meghan to a Summer school/small festival in the midlands. The pull out cooker top and sink came in very handy. We saved loads of money being able to cook for ourselves and the van was very well equipped. There was also extra bits of furniture thrown in, solar panels and LED lights throughout the Van and a digital rear view mirror and GPS which made driving very easy and comfortable. The owner Patrick was a real pleasure to work with- friendly, communicative, straight-forward and extremely accommodating with minor issues. I would not hesitate to hire Meghan again! Thanks for an amazing trip :-)

Campervan : Henrietta

Our family of four had the most fantastic time touring Cornwall in Henrietta. She was cool and Niall and Anna were so wonderfully accommodating. After picking up in Truro we headed to Crantock for a couple of days, for glorious beaches, then west to Botallack and Sennen Cove, where we enjoyed the most fabulous sunset views After that we spent four nights at the Boardmasters Festival. As well as oozing character, Henrietta was so well equipped - everything was provided for our comfort and enjoyment. The whole thing was perfect and I would absolutely recommend and wish Anna and Niall all the very best with their lovely van.

Campervan : Gino

We hired Gino for our wedding day and it was the best decision we ever made. Gino the VW camper was perfect! A lovely rustic orange colour and decorated beautifully by its owner Richard. Richard was prompt, friendly and made us feel very comfortable in our short journeys in the camper to the church, venue and hotel in the evening. I would absolutely recommend Gino for a wedding day vehicle.

Campervan : AuroraT2

Although we couln\'t get Aurora because of a mechanical problem, Dawn and James were kind enough to provide us with a modern replacement van (which turned out to be much more monvinient and confortable than the one we booked ^^). We did drive a lot during our 8 days road trip, but it was totally worth it ! Leaving Newburgh, we floowed the coast up north til Inverness, then went through Black Isle (loved it !!) and kept following the coast until we reached Helmsale. Then we cut straight to Bettyhill, then along the coast again until Durness (the 2 best days of our trip, the scenary is brathtaking and there is noone in that part of the Highlands). Then we went down to Ullapool (following the coast again), cut through Inverness again to go on the east coast of Loch Ness. We spend a couple of days in the Cairngorms, founded the sea back in Stonehaven and came back to Newburgh. Here are a few highlights of our trip : birdwatching at Troup Head, visiting the Balbair distillery, the north coast (between Bettyhill and Durness), Tomintoul\'s Highland games, and hiking aroung Loch Muik. And most of all, meeting lovely and helpfull scottish people along the way :) Having visited Scotland 9 times (including a one-year Erasmus stay in Dundee), a road trip i a van is by far the best way to discover this amazing country. You can park anywhere you want, and go with the flow without any kind of preparation. The best things we did/saw were the ones we were send to by locals !

Campervan : Nell T25

Our trip with Nell was awesome, we spent 11 days in it and had time to see many places in Scotland ! We went north, in the Highlands, then Lowlands and finished around Stirling for the Highland games. The van was very well equiped and worked perfectly well for a 30 years old van ! The berth was well, we had a fridge and a gas cooker. We thank Fiona, the renter, for her kindness and her availability to respond our questions ! Nell totally worth it, is quite cheap and will bring a special touch to your trip, we strongly recommend it !

Campervan : Daisy-1973

We hired Daisy (VW Camper) for our Minimoon from Paul and Beth and everything was spot on. Paul and Beth were very helpful kept the camper in excellent condition. Daisy was absolutely perfect, with a couple of unobtrusive upgrades which improved function and reliability without taking away from the old fashioned feel. Highly recommend booking for as long as possible! Thank you, John & Vikki

Campervan : BUZZZ

Had a fantastic time in Buzz - hired him for a long weekend whilst undertaking a weekend of triathlon. The customer service from owner was faultless and the van was amazing! Everything you could possibly want was included, with great attention to detail and some really thoughtful touches. I wouldn\'t hesitate to hire from them again - just brilliant.

Campervan : GeorgeT4

Our trip was a non starter. The van would not start on arrival. After travelling half an hour to pick up. Disrupting the plans for the start of our weekend. The van wasn’t clean. Filthy actually. I will enclose some photos. Which include a used plaster on the floor! In mitigation the gentleman renting the van was having some health issues. He did actually foresee these and really should just have cancelled instead of wasting our time. Furthermore the refund of the £500 (deposit) I\\\\\\\'m still waiting for. It has been auctioned. It was taken immediately but have to wait a week for its return! Not good. Not a professional or easy experience. Your website needs vast improvement too. Maybe a better form of contacting the owners. Appreciate you need paying for your service. But perhaps install some different way of collecting your fee or improve the format of your website to make communication easier. Instead of allowing my weekend to go up in smoke I contacted Mr who I had used before and he sorted me a van instantly. He is absolutely professional and friendly and highly recommend. Many thanks David Todd

Campervan : Vincent

Last week was our first holiday in a camper van, so we decided to venture to the Scottish North Coast and complete the North Coast 500. Vincent is a splendid van, comfortable but compact, and the 7 days we spent in his company were great fun. We had camped before but Vincent gave us all the fun of camping with none of the problems - a proper bed (my back says thanks!), quick set up and take down (10 minutes by the time we got to the end of the week) and all the mobility you could hope for. We had one of the best week\'s holiday of our lives, and will be repeating the experience next year!

Campervan : Axle

Overall, the experience went as planned. I\'m sure we paid much less for this van than we would have if we\'d gone through a traditional RV rental agency. We had the van for 30 days, so I\'m not sure how representative our experience is. The owner, Rich Holmden was very pleasant and responsive to our questions. He wasn\'t overly picky about how clean the van was when we returned it (good, because it already needed a wash when we picked it up). Only issues: Owner didn\'t have a way to collect the insurance deposit. Fine by me, but if anything serious would have happened, it may be tough on him. Certain problems with the vehicle were not disclosed until after final payment was made. It would be nice to see the good, the bad, and the ugly before deciding on a vehicle. The van got much worse mpg than the owner said, so it cost considerably more in diesel than I had expected. The electric system in the van is not well done. One has to plug in different cords in a cabinet at the rear to use the inverter, or to charge the battery, or to use shore power. This was a minor inconvenience, but I\'m sure someone with less experience using such systems would run into problems. The driver\'s side sliding door overlaps with the shore power outlet, so I managed to break the plastic cover to it. I was quoted 100 GBP to have it fixed, which was WAY too much, especially because it was a design flaw. After further discussion, Rich waived any fee for it (plus, I managed to fix it with super glue). Great experience!

Campervan : Vinnie

I can highly recommend Baxter the Campervan from Manchester. Having spent 6 days travelling and living in him i am hooked on Campervans. He is a very modern, easy to drive, clean and well equipped van. And his owners cannot be more helpful and easy to work with. Thanks very much for making this trip so easy enjoyable and memorable. Camerbug also makes hiring a Campervan easy and gives you so much choice too. However the website isn\'t easy to navigate or understand and the writing is small. It took me 3 attempts to pay for my deposit and to understand how to pay for the Van booking. I think the instructions could be made alot clearer and easier to follow. Thanks Taravandana

Campervan : Misty2

We rented Misty Rabbit for the weekend for a trail running festival. From start to finish the experience was amazing. The owner of Misty was quick at responding to any questions and gave us all the information we needed ahead of pick up. Misty provided us with a comfortable place to sleep and great amenities including tap water, a fridge and a cooker. I would most definitely rent Misty again or any other campervans from the owner. 100% success.
