Me and my girlfriend had a great time ridding around Yorkshire with Geoffrey. We hired Geoffrey for 72 hours, we could state the time we wanted to pick him up and this dictated the time he had to be returned by.
We took Geoffrey to Scarborough for 2 nights and 1 night in Whitby. To start with Geoffrey was difficult to drive but this was because he is older than us, we are both 30 and Geoffrey is 38. Once we got used to each other we got on fine. This was the first time we had been in a classic VW campervan and it was enjoyable when Geoffrey turned heads, small children were especially fascinated with him, and you get waves from the few other VW campers on the road. We didn’t want to give him back.

Geoffrey is well equipped and if you remember that he is 38 years old you will have a great time.

Recommended campsites are; Cayton Village Caravan Park near Scarborough and Whitby Holiday park near Whitby

We had an awesome time in Cliff travelling around Devon and Cornwall for a week. Anne and Andy were extremely friendly and helpful when they presented us with their immaculate van. Cliff has everything you could need for an adventure and is extremely comfortable to drive and sleep in. For all you taller gents wondering if you will fit, im 6ft4" and slept comfortably in both the roof and the rock and roll bed. We did a fair bit of shopping around for a van to hire. I would definitely encourage everyone thinking of hiring a van to go with this company. They are friendly, very well priced and have amazing vans.

Cliff!!!

Willow is a fantastic camper van with everything you need for a proper adventure! Luke and his family were lovely and helpful and you really dont need to travel far from their house to enjoy the most beautiful and wild beaches. We had so many admiring glances as the van is pretty special. The girls declared that the mugs were perfect for their morning camping hot chocolate too! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this van.

Our inaugural family campervan holiday over the Easter weekend to the Norfolk coast was eagerly anticipated. Bluebell was well kitted out with everything we might need. With teenagers on board, it was a snug fit and to be honest, would be more comfortable in warmer summer weather when we could readily spill outside. However, it was an enjoyable experience and we appreciated the admiring glances ands waves from people we passed. Im sure that we will be repeating this at some stage, possibly minus the teenagers!

We had a fantastic trip in Cali the VW California camper. The van looks super cool and it\s in fantastic condition inside and out. The owners were incredibly responsive via email with our booking and provided us with all the information we needed. They took us through the pick up process thoroughly and were always on hand if we needed anything. We experienced pretty rough weather in Norfolk during our vacation but the van was always very, very comfortable and warm. I would really recommend this van and the owners.... I will definitely hire from them again.

Had a great time in peppermint! Took a road trip up to the peak district where I asked my girlfriend to marry me so peppermint will b remembered forever. The drive is great and the space is used brilliantly. Will definitely be going again in the future.

Hi Camperbug

The rental of Klaus the Campervan was great. Excellent customer service from the owner who covered all aspects of the camper and gave us a full run down and useful pointers on how to live in full with Klaus.
The campervan was also fully stocked with pretty much everything you need even a pop up tent for you to store things like child seats etc to leave more space in the van.
All in all couldnt fault the rental.

Its been a great experience. Simon was very kind and attentive with us all the time we were at his house. She explained us everything that we needed about the van, the trip, and other stuff. I recommend everybody to rent his vans.

We were expecting a fully fledged California but this was a conversion, not a factory made California, and lacked the finesse of newer models. That been said it was clean, some nice features, really good guy who hired it.

V.DISAPPOINTING - was unable to sleep in the van due to strong smell of petrol - been re-assured that this is normal, however, agreement to refund GBP 40 has not materialised despite several chasers. Compensation is inanycase v.small change compared to the expensive price of hiring!

Our camper break was again great this year down at Trevornick, near Newquay. We hired a great T5 and had no issues at all. We will be looking to purchase our own in the new year Camperbug is a great site and we would recommend to others to give campers a try!

I had some great days driving Cruz around the South East of the UK in December. Heating and fridge were appreciated as well as the great service and equipment that came with the nearly new van.

Wanda was the perfect van for our holiday around the south west of England and Wales. For 2 weeks we enjoyed pottering around on countryside roads and dropping in on a new camp site every night.

Eva has really looked after the van over the years because its in such a nice condition, and wed definitely hire Wanda again!

Our favourite moment was when we stopped in the perfect spot just off the side of the road overlooking the coast in North Devon and made bacon sandwiches :)

George T2.

My seven year old daughter wanted to go camping in a VW camper - "one of the old ones dad and can you get a red one please".....we hired George T2.....a Brazilian import - a couple of years old....it was immaculate.....red - alloys - like new throughout.....my daughter, my son, my wife, we all loved it.....we had a brilliant time.....not the fastest.....no power steering (a bloody good workout at times)....ok for dual carriageways and the motorways though..no problem at all...were already talking about next years trips.....Lee (the owner) was great....my daughter has an amazing memory of her first camper break...and our family had a wonderful holiday in Devon and Somerset.....
