Lakeside Camping and Fisheries is a superb site for blending well-earned holidays with the pleasure of fishing. Wake up to birdsong plus the sounds of fishermen and fisher ladies up to an early start in the hopes of landing a catch. A handy tackle shop covers all the fishing equipment you may have left at home in the flurry of packing. No need to twiddle your thumbs in dismay as your growling stomach gets louder come mid-day. Stroll over to the forty-seater café and sit down to a hot meal, or take a snack back to the fishing pools to munch in the gleaming reflection of the fishing lakes. There is a small, peaceful touring and camping site with hardstanding pitches and electric meters. Guests can also hire a lodge, a caravan, and statics all year round. No kids under 12 years old are permitted on the campsite, in statics, or in the lodge. Pets are welcome.
