The Limes Campsite is a member of the Freedom Camping and Caravanning Club set on a total of 2 acres, with one acre set aside for member-exclusive stays and a further area for rallies, group bookings and tent campers. The camping area is well-maintained and James, the owner, is most happy to welcome guests to his small yet roomy site. Guests can pick from six types of pitches, including one hardstanding base ideal for guests with motorhomes. Seasonal touring pitches are also available, and the season runs from the 1st of March to the 31st of October each year. Those camping under canvas have access to eight pitches, of which some provide electric meters for a small surcharge. Among the standard facilities offered, guests have access to a clean toilet and shower block, fire baskets, wood, and benches looking out at a peaceful pond. Dogs are welcome.
