Small and shallow, the River East Onny snakes through the park, offering families plenty of spots for paddling, swimming, and angling. The little ones will have heaps of fun fishing with cheap nets available at the site, making new friends at the play area, and exploring the countryside on bike rides, walks, and outdoor games. Outdoor adventurers can explore quiet country lanes, romantic hills, and heaps of superb walks. Take your field glasses along to observe a thriving population of diverse birdlife in the area. Fur babies can gallop around the dog walk and exercise area followed by a cold bowl of water and food at the dog-friendly pub just up the hill. The Inn on the Green pub reached directly from the site also served up delicious ales and homemade food. Guests have access to a toilet block, a washing up area, hot showers, a launderette, and a food shop on-site.
