Hadley Park

The family-run Hadley Park is a serene camping site nestled between England and Wales. Perfectly positioned in the verdant Shropshire countryside, the adult-only campsite is a stone’s throw away from the Shropshire Union Canal and a pleasant jaunt from Whitchurch. The newly developed site is a lowland mixed farm, operated by the Wynn family for over eighty years, and extending over a whopping two hundred and forty-four acres. The park itself rests next to a working farm that houses sheep, horses, and a herd of dairy cattle. The peaceful settings of the surrounds make for a relaxing holiday so come on by starting your holiday the right way. Anglers can throw a line over the sparkling waters of the small fishing pool on-site and enjoy hours of calm fishing for free. An on-site café serves hungry campers a variety of homemade meals made with the freshest local produce. The art courses offered at the site are sure to pique the interest of the younger campers who can enter workshops for oils, acrylics, printmaking, etching and more. Smarten up with a manicure, pedicure or new hairstyle at the Hadley Park salon, followed by a memorable night out at the newly opened Severn Theatre which usually features world-famous actors in shows and plays. Enjoy a twenty-mile radius to attractions like the Amphitheatre and the city of Chester. The kids will enjoy gawping at the exotic animals at the Chester Zoo.
