Camp out on generous pitches within a lush pear orchard set out on a sprawling organic cattle farm, and be wowed by spectacular views at the scenic West End Farm Campsite. This small campsite lies on the fringes of the village of Arlingham, and at the horseshoe bend of the River Severn awarding guests with a wealth of riverside ambles, public footpaths, cycling trails, and miles of peaceful, meandering roads perfect for hours of adventure and wildlife spotting. If the great location and access to walks aren’t enough to tempt you, an excellent pub is within walking distance from the site as well. The Red Lion is a village-owned pub serving excellent, locally sourced food and local ale. Pop in for a quiz night by the fireplace after a day of relaxed riverside strolling, and scenic country walks. Reserve a fire pit and whip up a delicious barbeque meal under a canopy of stars, or snuggle around a crackling fire and beat the nippy evenings. Dogs are welcome throughout the year, and the site offers beautiful walks along the estuary and around the campsite so don’t hesitate to bring your furry friend along. Campers wax lyrical about the kind owners who are continually making the campsite look better and ensuring guest are comfortable throughout their stay. Keep an eye out for bats, woodpeckers, swans, finches, and herons around the campsite.
