Wheal Rodney Holiday Park is a cosy, family-run site, perfectly positioned a short stroll from St Michael's Mount. The campsite enjoys a prime spot on the Cornish coast, under a mile from an inviting beach, while resting amid lush fields. The site provides campers with a range of excellent facilities including a heated indoor pool at no extra cost. The picturesque seaside village of Marazion is a mile away, and a range of visitor attractions in West Cornwall is a convenient distance away, owing to the sites handy location. There are heaps of top-notch beaches that cater to all ages and abilities. Take the kids out for lazy days of crabbing, rock pooling, watersport and sandcastle building. Couples can mosey over to secluded coves, spread out a blanket, uncork a bottle of local wine and munch on snacks from a well-stocked hamper while dreamily gazing out at the sparkling ocean. Beach bums can stretch out and soak in the golden rays of the sun, while surfers and wannabe-surfers can master the waves at excellent surf-friendly beaches. Take a stroll at low tide to the famed medieval castle at St Michael's Mount, or spend relaxing days exploring sleepy fishing villages, and golden sands sprinkled along the gorgeous Cornish coast. Artsy types can browse the art galleries, or purchase antiques and jewellery in the bustling town of Marazion. Barbeques are encouraged, and pets are most welcome.
