It’s a joy waking up at Celaeron Caravan and Campsite, a spacious site with incredible vistas, cheery owners, and heaps of room for the nippers to frolic in the sunshine with bounding canine companions. Awaken to the gentle trills of birdsong and the soft whinnying of horses in a field next to you – a delight for the big-eyed young ones, who can try and entice the animals with a tasty carrot. The owner and her kids are most willing to take the young campers on guided tours around the site, show them the facilities, and even let them lend wee hands in the daily tasks. Guests can watch ongoing horse competitions or amble into the town of Aberaeron and its enclosing beaches – what fun. Pitches are on grass, optional electric meters are available, and standard amenities are provided.
