Y Bwthyn is the perfect base to unwind amid tranquil rural settings while enjoying easy access to the golden sand beaches of the south and west coast, located an easy half an hour from the campsite. A cosy village pub rests a fifteen-minute trot from the site, and the owners are more than happy to let guests enjoy traditional camping comforts including a firepit for hire plus wood and kindling for sale. Despite the campsite's proximity to majestic castles, inviting coastlines and local pubs, guests are tucked away on serene farmland, where relaxation and a slower pace of life are the orders of the day. Adults can sit back and soak in the laid-back atmosphere while the nippers make most of the space to romp about and enjoy a sense of freedom not found at home. Enjoy active family days out with quick drives that open up the south coast's delights and amusements, including the famed sandy stretches of Tenby and Saundersfoot. The kids will enjoy observing frolicsome seals on a boat trip from the harbour, while active types can hop on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and explore wind-swept cliffs, secret coves and crumbling castles along its 186-mile stretch. Head back to base to unwind on your spacious, optional electric grass base or camping pod and fire up the grill for sunsets sizzles. Pets welcome.
