Sandyford Farm is a gently sloping Certificated Site located a few miles from the town of Matlock. The camping area is sizeable and holds several pitches with six electric meters and several un-serviced plots on the edge of the two fields. Guests can savour lovely views of the Peaks whilst enjoying protection from the elements courtesy of stone walls and leafy trees with dappled shade. The amenities on-site are minimal and consist of a toilet block with two showers, two toilets and washing-up facilities. Chemical disposal and drinking water taps are also provided. All pitches are on grass and ideal for both tents and touring vehicles. Well-behaved pets are most welcome to visit. Activities in the immediate surrounding include golf and fishing.
