Cresslands Touring Park is a delightful, restful site located on the northern side of the gleaming River Glen, 4 miles from Bourne. The site rests just off the A15 in south Lincolnshire, surrounded by open countryside and easy access to several outdoor activities. Active types can follow The Macmillan Way, a long-distance footpath linking Boston to Dorset. Nature lovers can spend idyllic afternoons pottering around several Wildlife Trust (LWT) nature reserves nearby, which offer free entrance for non-members. Deeping Lakes and Willow Tree Fen are also excellent spots for spotting various wildlife, including otters, birds, insects, and amphibians. Swap marshland and windswept countryside for the stunning woodland settings of Dole Wood. The owners offer both hardstanding optional electric and fully-serviced pitches for tourers. Dogs, cats and rabbits are welcome.
