Hillcrest Camping is a gem of a site tucked away in a peaceful location, well out of the village. The campsite was once a working farm that extended over most of the surrounding lane before the current owners, Richard and Sue, purchased and renovated the land to its present state. A Certificated Site rests next to a rally field, an ideal space for dog walking and outdoor games. Various wildlife call these pristine surroundings home, so keep an eye out for foxes, badgers, bats, deer, buzzards, herons, owls and woodpeckers. The site has ten grassed pitches with electric meters for tents, campervans, motorhomes and caravans. Amenities include toilets, hot showers, drinking water taps, chemical disposal and a motorhome point. Wi-Fi fees are included in the pitch fee.
