Due to a lack of funds, the house was completed as quickly as possible, explaining why it is tall and narrow. Today, the owners take great pride in offering guests a friendly and personal camping experience, ensuring everyone has a pleasant, enjoyable stay. Owner Alison and her team are at hand to answer niggling doubts, share knowledge on the local area, and meet any specific requirements. The sheltered pitches come in a mix of grass or hardstanding, all with electricity. They are set out in a paddock, affording spectacular views and access to immaculate facilities, including two toilet and shower blocks, a laundry room, freshwater taps, and more. A range of local pubs and restaurants in the area eliminates the need for long drives to the nearest town, and a regular bus service from the entrance is perfect for exploring the surroundings.
