Wood Lake Campsite and Caravan Park is a peaceful, beautifully-maintained, quiet camping space located a suitable distance from the main road. Sheryl and Roy's owners maintained the laidback, tranquil atmosphere with a strict adults-only policy and did not permit noisy groups on-site. Let the owners offer a warm welcome on arrival and give you a choice of hardstanding pitches, each spacious and generously spaced from its neighbours. There are a few grass pitches for tourers and separate tent camping plots sprinkled around a shimmering lake and in the leafy woods, affording ample shelter from any bad weather. Guests have access to three toilets, all cleaned to perfection, two showers with lashings of hot water, and a communal kitchen for tent camper equipped with a fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, kettles, hair dryers and washing-up amenities. Pets are welcome, and there is a large enclosure for off-lead scampers.
