The site rests amid stunning countryside, affording spectacular views of the fertile rural landscape, filled with the trills of birdsong and green open spaces where the wind dances merrily through the gently swaying trees and ripples through the long grass. Guests are forgiven for assuming this glorious site rests a good deal from the villages and towns in the area: however, Cud Life is no more than a 5-minute drive (or 35-45-minute stroll) from the nearby town centre of Harrogate, affording easy access to local amenities and attractions. A frequent bus service stops at the top of the lane, and taxis are readily available during the bustling holiday months. Cycling enthusiasts can explore the stunning local landscape on two wheels, courtesy of a handy local bike company in the vicinity. The owners are firm with regards to maintaining the peace on-site, discouraging group bookings in favour of hiring out the entire campsite for functions. Dogs are most welcome.
