Scar Close is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location tucked in a quiet location on the eastern ridge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The site rests on Scar, above the glimmering waters of the River Swale and welcomes CL members to unwind on spacious, well-maintained grassed pitches, each equipped with individual electric meters. Sit back and watch rabbits frolicking through a meadow with long grass and wildflowers, or catch glimpses of grazing deer whilst woodpeckers create a relaxing soundtrack for outdoor adventuring. Take a short stroll from the site into the village to sit down to fresh food and local ales at the community pub, The George and Dragon. The site welcomes small campervans, motorhomes, and caravans on spacious plots with optional electric grass pitches. Feel free to bring your canine, too.
