Falcon Forest Glamping is the perfect base for camping and glamping enthusiasts searching for hassle-free camping and quick access to food. The site rests on the grounds of a 200-year-old stony coaching inn constructed behind a lovely tree-lined road between the vibrant coastal resorts of Scarborough and Whitby. The campsite was once a welcome stop, where horses could rest while travellers kicked back and shared news and updates of the Yorkshire trade with fellow inn members. Today, the site is a place where old and new blend, offering campers a delightful space for relaxing, resting and exploring the stunning environs around the site. The camping pitches and glamping abodes lie in an enclosed woodland pocket, on a lush and spacious area sprinkled with young sapling trees and old pines. One portion of the park affords stunning vistas o toward Scarborough and the coast. There are 11 glamping pods on the premises, illuminated by softly lit lights at night. The abodes are insulated with sheep wool and feature electricity, lighting and heating for the winter months. Each pod is unfurnished, so bring along roll-up mats and bedding. There is a private path to each pod, private decking and a picnic table outside. Breakfast packs are available, and there is an on-site pub serving food. Pets are welcome.
