Manor House Farm Touring Park rests on a lovely grassed site, encircled by the lush, rolling greenery of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, just minutes from the scenic Cleveland Way. The campsite boasts a rather viewsome location, nuzzled on the cliffs between Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. Guests can easily access the central A171 Scarborough to Whitby road, affording quick access to numerous attractions in the area. Spend a day pottering around a coastal resort, stroll along winding cobbled lanes, unwind on expansive wind-swept beaches, or hop on a steam train that cuts across unspoiled heather-clad moorland. The campsite itself rests on a former dairy farm, now an arable farmstead producing wheat, barley and oilseed rape. There is no blaring evening entertainment, no playground or on-site bar or shop. Guests who prize tranquillity, vistas, and have no problem making their fun will find the settings at Manor House Farm an absolute delight. Soak in the scenery from your position high on the clifftops and enjoy the laidback atmosphere. The ‘girls’, free-range hens are often found having a nose around the new arrivals. Traditional camping funs like campfires are encouraged, so feel free to gather around the crackling flames at sunset. Sorry, no pets are allowed on the premises.
