Jollydays Luxury Camping is a cracking glampsite that attracts many walks of people, be it couples, families, groups, reunions, walkers, and non-campers drawn to this magical woodland site near York. The campsite boasts an undeniable charm, providing guests with the romance of getting back to nature and away from the complexities of modern life. Look forward to a relaxing escape filled with stunning countryside views, evenings singing around the fire as the stars twinkle above and many a jolly jape on glorious sunny days. The owners do not believe in bad weather, instead offering weather-appropriate abodes that feature a range of creature comforts. Treat yourself to a beautiful stay, swapping nylon sleeping bags for four-poster beds, chandeliers and sofas by the crackling fire. The owners, husband-and-wife team Carolyn and Christian, decided to quit the rat race and their discreet celebrity hang-out CVO Firevault to create a better, slower-paced lifestyle for their family. There are deluxe tents, pre-constructed bell tents, and luxury lodges equipped with funky furniture, barbeques, wood burners, picnic benches, and proper beds. There is a common tent packed with homemade goodies and a communal campfire. Pets are not allowed on the premises: however, there are local kennels and a cattery nearby.
