The site is only 9-miles from buzzing York, where one can spend days exploring a crumbling castle, browsing through the exhibits in museums or galleries, taking canal or boat trips, and plenty more. For more urban adventures, mosey on to Thirsk, 15 miles away, and potter around the old town centre or uncover varied attractions. The campsite sits on the fringes of Huby village and offers guests access to a well-maintained, substantial grassed area bordered by leafy trees and thick shrubs. A couple of pubs are within walking distance, and the site welcomes tents, tourers, and pets.
