The camping site has been in the owner’s family since 1921 and is the perfect place to sit back and savour the scenic surrounds of your position in the North York Moors National Park. The area around the campsite brims with quiet trails, making it an excellent spot for walking, so don’t forget to pack in your walking shoes. Kick start your stay with peaceful walks across the farm or make your way through the North Yorkshire Moors on winding paths that brim with stunning views and exciting wildlife. Proprietor Annabel Strickland holds a wealth of information on the attractions in Westfield and has been offering guests helpful pointers on the area for over 25 years. Explore famous North Yorkshire locations like York, or kick back and unwind on the glorious beaches in Scarborough and Whitby set approximately an hour’s distance away. For adventures close to home, set out for spectacular moor walks, chug around on vintage railways, and explore majestic attractions like Castle Howards set an easy half an hour from Hutton Le Hole. The site offers generous electric and none electric plots for campervans, motorhomes and caravans. Barbeques allowed and pets welcome.
