The camping area and lodges rest on the grounds of an excellent pub serving up an array of honest pub food and locally sourced beer. Set approximately 3-miles off the A1, this friendly site is an ideal base for exploring bonny southern Scotland. Local amenities like Morison’s, Tesco, Asda, plus shops, pubs, restaurants, plus the city walls, are a smooth 5-miles away in the buzzing town of Berwick Upon Tweed. Campers can use the site as a base for exploring the natural beauty and numerous attractions in the area, including Bamburgh, Seahouses, Holy Island, among others. The campsite functions as a Certificated Location campsite with just five pitches on hardstanding for small campervans, motorhomes and caravans. Each pitch has an electric meter and basic amenities, including access to the pub toilet and chemical disposal behind the pub. There are five well-appointed lodges with sleeping space for up to 8 persons and the usual creature comforts of home. Pets are welcome.
