The adults-only Westfield Paddock Caravan Site is a friendly, spacious touring site ideally positioned between coastal settlements of Seahouses and Bamburgh in the scenic settings of rural Northumberland. The touring park rests an easy five-minute drive from the picturesque village of Bamburgh and a smooth twenty minutes from the 14th-century Dunstanburgh Castle which lies midway between the villages of Embleton and Craster. The site welcomes campervans, motorhomes plus caravans and offers both grass and hardstanding pitches with or without electric hookups and a water connection. The owners permit a generous three dogs per pitch and do not charge for sun canopies with no side or base. Guests can opt from the eight grass and two hardstanding plots to set up camp, stretch out and savour the sights and sounds of the peaceful Northumberland countryside. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, and a small enclosed dog run allows canine companions the freedom to scamper about off-lead and have a nose around. There are no toilets or shower blocks here as the owners have discovered guests are more than happy to use their private amenities. Chemical waste points are available as well as refuse and gas collection. Leaflets, tourist information and maps on the local area are available on-site.
