Nestled in the Rydal Hall Estate grounds, this beautiful campsite is surrounded by Nabscar and Fairfield Horseshoe, offering breathtaking views of Rothay Valley. Travel just a mile from Ambleside and two and a half miles from Grasmere to reach this dog-friendly campsite. Explore the stunning views of South Lakes while enjoying Rydal Water just beside the site. The campsite provides non-electric pitches that accommodate tent sizes up to 7m x 7m. You can stroll on the short walking paths offered for some of the pitches. The main features included in the campsite are three eco pods with a wooden shelter, a bunk house, two holiday cottages, and a barn. Campfires are only allowed within the dedicated fire pit; you can purchase sustainable firewood from the site. Eco pod users can use the barbecue stand just outside the pod.
