Shepherds View is a lovely, small Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site located a short stroll from the bus stop rumbling into Coniston. The village is only 2 miles away, providing walkers with an excellent route to soak in the local scenery whilst working up a sweat. Pitches rest on a quiet field and provide easy access to the main road, making it easy to explore the area at a pace of choice. Electric meters are optional, and limited site facilities consist of freshwater taps and chemical disposal. Follow superb trails Coniston Water on bike or foot, or op to sit back on your pitch and savour lovely vistas over Coniston Old Man and Dow Cragg. The nearest pub is a five-minute stroll away. Well-behaved pets are welcome.
