Ellergill Raise Campsite is a beautiful campsite with heaps of space to stretch out and savour the lovely views across the shimmering River Dee. The site rests in a beautifully-maintained, flat field on the far end of the picturesque Dent Valley and rests alongside the beautiful lake. Return to nature as you enjoy a back-to-basics camping experience and immerse the senses in the rural landscape's natural beauty and laidback pace. The site rests close to the hamlet of Cowgill in upper Dentdale and right opposite the Dales Way, providing guests with a beautiful base to sit back and unwind. There are no hardstandings or electric meters, and basic amenities include a toilet block, hot showers, a pot washing area and chemical disposal. Dogs are welcome.
