High Laning Campsite is a well-kept, open campsite positioned on the border of the picturesque Dales village of Dent. The site is ideal for walkers and rests amid breathtaking scenery, yet it is located for quickly accessing shops, pubs, and eateries courtesy of a quick stroll. Savour stunning vistas of the enclosing hills whilst enjoying the slower pace of life in the beautiful valley of Dentdale, northwest of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park. Lovely open countryside and a relaxed approach to camping set the tone for a peaceful escape. Indulge in walking, cycling, touring and other open-air pursuits, or hop aboard the steam train chugging along the Settle-Carlisle railway, which handily stops at Dent station frequently. All pitches for tents and touring vehicles are on the grass, and optional electric meters are available. Dogs are welcome.
