The Inn at the Bush is a family and biker-friendly site set next to a cosy pub serving pub grub and a variety of bevvies. The campsite rests on the fringes of the Solway Coast, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is just three miles from Hadrian's Wall and a smooth ten-minute drive from the lively town of Wigton. Use the site as a convenient stopover while exploring the region in your recreational vehicle, or settle in for a comfortable stay, and enjoy the perks of having delicious homemade meals a few steps away from your plot. Explore the stunning Solway Coast and its natural delights. Observe a wealth of exciting birdlife that reside in the grasslands and wetlands in the Solway Wetlands Center just fifteen minutes away. Hikers and history fans can mosey over to Hadrian's Wall set ten minutes away in Bowness-on-Solway, and enjoy walks beside this ancient Roman-era structure. Hadrians Wall can also be accessed just outside Wigton, five minutes away. For adventures further afield cross the Scottish border to explore Gretna Green, half an hour away, or savour the thrills of the great outdoors at Lake District Park, twenty-five minutes away. The site offers grass and hardstanding plots without electric hookups for tents, campervans and motorhomes. Pets welcome.
