Sit back and marvel at the contours of the High Weald, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as you stretch out on a spacious grass pitch or enjoy the glam furnishings and features of the site’s camping arch and bell tents. This Camping and Caravan Club Certificated Site accepts no more than five caravans, campervans or motorhomes, and just over tent tents if space permits, offering ample room for campers to sit back and enjoy a generous slice of the site to themselves. The peaceful and inviting surroundings offer a range of activities and attractions for active types of all ages. Go ahead and explore the area on foot, cycle to your heart’s content, or make your way to the water for sailing, canoeing and fishing at Bewl Water Outdoor Centre. There are plenty of sites for the history buff in your group, including Battle Abbey, the location of the Battle of Hastings, Hever and Leeds castles, and the world-famous gardens at Sissinghurst and Great Dixter. Well-behaved pets are welcome.
