The Travellers Rest is a quiet site nestled at the end of a lovely country lane, with a coded gate for that added protection. Let the friendly owner welcome you to the site, hold open the gate as you rumble through, and show you around the camping field, explaining where the amenities are. Settle down on your allotted hardstanding pitch beside a hedge separating the pitches from sprawling open fields, and let the relaxing atmosphere put you in the perfect mood. Water taps are shared between the plots, and each pitch features an individual electric meter. Guests are asked to pay in advance, and the owner promptly refunds any overspending on departure. Please note that the on-site pub has now closed. Pets are welcome.
