The site rests on an extensive 100-acre fishery in the heart of Bedfordshire, easily accessed via the A1. With seven different fishing lakes, guests can look forward to various excellent fishing experiences that cater to all tastes. Guests are welcome to try night fishing, carp fishing, fly fishing, plus lure and bait fishing. The shimmering waters of the River Ivel provide a border along the eastern fringes of the site, offering yet another excellent spot to cast a line.
