Birch Tree Farm

Birch Tree Farm is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location, providing adults-only camping on a peaceful 2.5-acre lawned field, surrounded by the rolling Sussex countryside, with spectacular views across the renowned natural beauty of the South Downs and the adjoining Sussex Weald. The site first opened its gates in 1981 and continues to offer guests a delightfully tranquil and compact camping space, with no more than five touring vehicles on-site at any given time. Hardstanding plots with electric meters are available for small campervans, motorhomes and caravans. Sit back and enjoy the laidback atmosphere as you savour the freedom to while away the afternoon strolling through the landscaped campsite attractively sprinkled with trees and shrubs. Dreamily gaze out at gliding butterflies and dragonflies in the neighbouring wildflower meadow, and slowly come to understand why this cracking site has won numerous awards, including the 'CL of the Year Award' in 1991 and the 'Regional Award' both in 2003 and 2010. Mosey over to the picturesque village of Cuckfield for shops, restaurants and pubs, easily accessible via a quiet stroll across the fields. Attractions like The South Downs, Ditchling Beacon, Jack and Jill Windmills and Ashdown Forest are nearby for eventful days out. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
