Gunwalloe Caravan Park is a flat, roomy campsite tucked amid the lovely peaceful scenery of the Lizard Peninsula. The site has roomy, level pitches for tents, all types of campervans, motorhomes and caravans with optional electric connections. Clean and modern facilities are available on the premises including an underfloor heated shower and toilet block with a disabled toilet facility. The atmosphere here is peaceful and laid back, and guests are welcome to make their fun, so this is not the site for you if you prefer clubhouses and home comforts. There are plenty of taps around for water, WiFi, a sink area for washing up, hot showers, and a toilet block with underfloor heating. These facilities were refurbished in 2024 and the site has been under new ownership from the end of 2023 with many great improvements. The owners welcome pets and families with open arms, and provide plenty of space for stretching out and soaking in the scenery while the kids play ball games, fly kites and make new friends. The park itself rests in Helston and extends a warm and friendly welcome to guests who want to explore the delights in Cornwall. From picturesque coastal villages to sandy beaches and excellent attractions, Cornwall is abuzz with family-friendly amusements, a variety of tourist hot spots and numerous spots to sit down and tuck into some hearty Cornish food. There is a shop, restaurant and pub nearby, plus various attractions for all ages and abilities. Well-behaved pets are most welcome to tag along for a seaside escape.
