The Oaks Holiday Park is a compact, friendly, family-run park, ideally positioned a mere five-minute drive from picturesque Looe and its sandy beach. The campsite rests in the lush, Cornish countryside, providing the perfect base for tranquil, family holidays packed with stunning views, and heaps of space for walking. Guests are encouraged to pack in buckets, spades, binoculars and barbeques, all which will come in handy at this laid-back rural site. Use your field glasses to observe a wealth of wildlife that often passes this beautiful corner of Cornwall. Gaze at the skies to see barn owls, kestrels, and sparrow hawks, or head over to the neighbour's ponds to see dragonflies and kingfishers as they flit over the gleaming waters. Guests can make their way down to the pond for quiet waterside picnics and strolls. The buckets and spades come in handy for families with kids who’ll want nothing more than to spend glorious days building sandcastles, exploring rock pools and swimming on the inviting beaches along the Cornish coast including the fine sandy beach at Looe. The kids will also love trips to the Wild Futures monkey sanctuary a short stroll away. Campers can whip up tasty meals in the fresh air courtesy of barbeques, with stunning sunsets as a backdrop.
