Boleigh Farm Site

Escape to the idyllic Lamorna Valley, and kick back on the peaceful Boleigh Farm Site, a peaceful base for your coastal escapes. This friendly campsite rests between Penzance and Lands’ End, in a remote and quiet corner of Cornwall, ensuring green, uncrowded camping, away from the bustle of the throngs of holidaymakers. Stunning beaches like Sennen and Porthcurno, alongside numerous pretty coves, are all within easy reach, offering heaps to explore throughout your stay. The large mown camping field rests on a sprawling working farm, operated by friendly brothers Deryck and David Eddy, who care for a herd of over 75 British Friesians and Limousins. You’re likely to see the herd grazing in fields surrounding the camping area, creating a peaceful backdrop for your escape from the everyday. Mrs Chomechai Eddy sells a range of delicious dishes at her Thai takeaway, so be sure to stop for some homemade food after a day of sightseeing. The camping area rests a reasonable distance away from the road, and thick Cornish hedges around the field provide a sense of privacy throughout your stay. At night, the moonlight and the stars brighten up the sky, and the only noise is the sound of crickets and the occasional call of a hunting owl. Sorry, no pets are allowed at present.
