Penhalvean Pottery Campsite is a small, friendly, rural site located just outside the peaceful village of Stithian. The camping area rests on four lush acres of green countryside, providing a natural, tranquil environment for guests to shake off the complexities of modern life. Apart from the grass, which is neatly mowed at all times, the rest of the campsite remains relatively untouched, inviting an abundance of local wildlife. Kick back at your spacious electric grass pitch, and sip on a cold drink of choice as you watch as birds and squirrels go about their day. Guests are in an excellent position to explore the north and south coasts of Cornwall, so set aside a few days for adventures at both. Wander from stunning surf-friendly beaches, or head out for water-based antics with the family at Stithians Lake. If you prefer to remain dry, take a stroll around the gleaming lake for birdwatching and nature spotting around the gleaming lake. Spend a day at the picturesque fishing village of Portreath, a hotspot for kayaking and surfing. Guests can also use the area as a base for scrambles around the inactive mines in St Agnes. Stock up on bits for a barbeque and marshmallows for a singalong around the campfire. Pets most welcome.
