Dinham Farm Caravan Camping Park is a quiet, secluded campsite enjoying a viewsome location on the banks of the glittering River Camel, with jaw-dropping vistas out over the estuary. The site rests on the south-facing bank of the river, sandwiched between the busy market town of Wadebridge, and pretty villages of Rock and Polzeath, providing easy access to local amenities and attractions in North Cornwall. The beautifully kept site is run by friendly duo Sally and Stephan, who extend a warm welcome to camping sorts in need of a quiet, pretty and safe space to set up camp and unplug from the modern world. Once you set up camp, get comfortable, and have a chat with fellow adventurers, you’ll discover several repeat campers who enjoy returning to this well-maintained site to get away from the bustle of larger, crammed campsites in the area. There’s plenty of space, and guests are welcome to pitch up wherever and whichever way they decide works best. Campfires are encouraged; however, a small firepit would help better control the flames and preserve this welcoming base for the future generation of camping folk. There are no rules and clipboards like the other sites, and the friendly couple is often found busily ensuring facilities are clean. Well-behaved pets are welcome with open arms.
