Branscombe Airfield Caravan Site boasts a private airstrip and a convenient yet peaceful location on the fringes of Branscombe village and its lovely stretch of shoreline. Sidmouth, Seaton and Beer are an easy four miles from the campsite. The site rests in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, providing nature lovers with a fantastic base to soak in the scenery whilst enjoying access to local amenities. Take a walk along the private airstrip to examine a collection of lovingly restored vintage and classic aircraft, including models like the Stearman PT-17 and a Zlín 526. Let the resident pilots and restoration team explain the current models, and one may occasionally observe flight activity on the premises. All pitches are on grass and offer a comfortable base for tents and touring vehicles. Dogs are welcome.
