Kingsmead Centre is a peaceful countryside spot nestled in scenic Devon, offering various pitches ranging from spacious, grassy spaces to off-grid bases nestled in woodland clearings. The friendly site caters to a range of varying camping needs and is perhaps one of the few places that get it right. Set on Devon and Somerset's border, this friendly base is the perfect spot to escape from the stress of the daily grind and is guaranteed have guests leaving with a serene smile of contentment. Only a few spots are open, ensuring an abundance of space for stretching out and unrivalled peace for a rejuvenating stay. There is something for everyone at this welcoming site. Seven sloping acres of heathland are divided into a top and bottom field. The lower portion of the field contains well-spaced bases with heaps of space for the munchkins to scamper about and make friends. Hardstanding pitches are available in the upper field, along with electrified spots for tents and touring vehicles. For a more secluded camping vibe, pitches a tent in one of the natural clearings tucked away in the natural wood and savor a slice of wilderness. Glampers need only bring along clothing and toothbrushes for stays in the showman's caravan or the unique yurt nestled in a woodland clearing. Pets welcome.
