Buckland Campsite is a quiet, family-friendly site welcoming tents, small campervans, motorhomes and caravans on optional electric pitches. The site rests amid verdant settings and offers guests the freedom to sit back and appreciate vistas over the quiet Dorset countryside whilst enjoying an authentic camping experience near the heart of the Jurassic Coast. Touring and tent pitches are on grass and share access to limited yet adequate amenities, including two toilet blocks, eight hot showers, a covered washing-up area, freshwater taps, and baby changing services. The reception area is in a horsebox on the entry road and stocks a few essentials for the convenience of the campers. Another horsebox offers a freezer for campers to cool drinks on summer afternoons. Dogs are welcome.
