A cheery welcome awaits campers at this small, well-maintained campsite that accepts no more than five motorhomes or caravans at any given point and welcomes club members only. The farm enjoys a truly convenient location, a smooth fifteen-minute drive from Bristol, affording easy access for city breaks with the family. Spend a few days pottering around the picturesque city straddling the Avon as you take in the vibrant street art, marvel at the architectural masterpiece of the Clifton Suspension Bridge, and get your green fix in the sprawling Downs. The young nature lovers in your family will have heaps of fun gawping at over 400 species of animals from around the planet, including guinea fowl, giraffes, zebras, lynxes, wolves, bears, and river hogs. Mosey back to the base and treat the senses to more greenery with a gentle stroll through private woodland and farmland, which create oodles of space for guests of all ages to play and explore. The caravan and motorhome pitches are quite spacious, with ample room to leave the car hooked up for overnight stops. Each base has hardstanding down the middle, with a moved lawn area on either side or high hedges around for unrivalled privacy. Canines most welcome, and the woods are perfect for dog walking.
