The niftily located campsite is an excellent centre-point for accessing a range of popular attractions like Cheddar Gorge and Glastonbury Abbey. If the coastal campers are more your vibe, head over to Burnham-on-Sea, located approximately seven and a half miles away, or explore gorgeous beaches along the Exmoor stretch of coastline. Take hikes around the Quantock Hills, the first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty title in England, or tackle more strenuous routes like South West Coast Path, the lengthiest long-distance path in Britain. Pop in at the butcher on your way home to sort bangers and bits for the grill. Canine companions are most welcome to tag along.
