Batch Nurseries is a compact, family-run campsite set an ideal 4-miles’ from the seaside frolics and amusements of the breezy resorts of Weston-Super-Mare, and Burham-on-Sea. The site is also within easy reach of family-friendly spots like Cheddar Wookey Hole and rests in a convenient location for exploring the stunning natural beauty of West Country. Owners Tom and Caroline are more than hospitable, and nothing is too much trouble for this friendly duo. The wardens are also very friendly and often earn glowing reviews for their attention to detail and willingness to help, no matter the circumstances. There are both grass and hardstanding pitches for tents, small campervans, motorhomes and caravans. Facilities are often highlighted by the guests for their cleanliness, with the showers and toilets often praised as the best some campers have seen to date. Other standard conveniences include a washing up area, drinking water taps, chemical disposal, and a motorhome point. There is a lovely park just down the road, complete with a bar pavilion for keeping the nippers occupied. Unfortunately, there is no dog walk on-site; however, pet-friendly Weston-Super-Mare has a pet-friendly stretch of sand for your four-legged friend. Local amenities, including supermarkets and shops, are within easy reach.
