The Bruce Arms

The Bruce Arms is a welcoming rural pub and campsite surrounded by the stunning open countryside of Wiltshire, offering guests a peaceful and spacious base to set up camp and escape the stress and complexities of the modern world. Let the sounds of birdsong be your alarm clock, but there’s no need for alarms when you’re on a well-earned break. Go back to sleep as you listen to the warbles and trills of the local birdlife, or opt to wake up with the sun, don walking shoes, and head out for a bracing countryside stroll, working up your appetite for a hearty breakfast. The site offers direct access to miles of winding and well-maintained walkways. Guests needn’t cross any roads to start their strolls, ensuring quiet pastoral settings for lounging and exploring. The handy on-site pub is ideal for sorting meals and tasty snacks, plus an excellent convenience when you’re hankering for that post-exertion cool-down drink. Sit down and chat with the friendly staff as you tuck into delicious nosh and unwind with a glass of locally brewed ale. The owners continue to invest in their campsite, adding a host of new features during the recent pandemic, ensuring a safe, comfortable and well-maintained space for camping sorts. Both the pub and the campsite are pet-friendly.
