The Swallows Camping and Caravan Site is a tranquil, pretty spot to escape the drone of modern life and its complexities. Treat your mind and soul to a welcome respite from the hectic pace of life in the cities by kicking back in the sleepy village of Seend, which rests amid open countryside with fresh air and oodles of space to walk, cycle or stretch out in the sun. Stroll by the canal and watch the bobbing boats glide along the shimmering water. Alternately, mosey on to a cosy pub of choice, and spend a lovely afternoon sipping on ales whilst snacking on some hearty homemade fare. If you’re more inclined to sit back and unwind on-site, make friends with the alpacas Casper and Samson, who are often up to some enjoyable antics. Park a touring vehicle on hardstanding with electric meters, or sweep into a glamping abode and unwind. Dogs are welcome.
