The Wee Camp Site rests on a gloriously green hill affording stunning views across the shapely Attadale Hills. The campsite rests in the picturesque village of Lochcarron and offers heaps of seclusion owing to large clusters of mature trees spread out over several levels of the site. This scenic site is a real gem set out on the NC500 route allowing avid walkers and cyclists the opportunity to follow the 516-mile path with ease from the campsite. Communal facilities include a toilet block, hot showers, a washing up area, drinking water points, and laundry. The lively village is a short trot away and has everything you’ll need for your stay, including a shop for stocking up on groceries and fuel for adventures further afield. There is a cosy pub in the area as well, so pop in for a refreshing pint and engaged in conversation with the cheery locals. Kick back at base and take in the beautiful views over Loch Carron and sip on a cold drink of choice, and soak in the peaceful atmosphere on-site. For more active pursuits, head out into the scenic surrounds for fishing, wild swimming, cycling, golf, and watersports. If you prefer to leave the vehicle behind, hop on the public transport, which stops a convenient distance from the site. Pets are welcome.
