The Old Pine Yurt is a lovingly crafted glamping abode nestled within secluded, wild woodlands within the famed Cairngorms National Park. The site is the perfect escape for a couple or a group of two and provides guests with unrivalled tranquillity. Spend your stay with the native wildlife as your company, and savour a delightful blend of luxuries paired with Scotland’s raw, pristine wilderness. Wake up the calming sounds of birdsong. Head out to outdoor patio area to sip on a steaming cuppa as you drink in the gorgeous colours of sunrise over the beautiful Strathavon landscape and observe the wildlife in the area awaken and head out to forage for food. The scenery is found in abundance here, and quiet walks begin right from the site. The more active camper can hop on a bike and pedal along the mountain biking trails nearby. Fishing folk are encouraged to pack in fishing gear and engage in fantastic angling opportunities around the site. Climbing and golfing are also available here as well as heaps of exciting open-air pursuits. Mosey over to gleaming bodies of water for water-based antics and enjoy a memorable day out with the family. Amble through the picturesque surrounds, find a secluded corner, spread out a blanket and uncork a bottle of wine, and munch on goodies from a hamper filled with your favourite snacks. The yurt features gas cooking facilities, an eco-shower, plumbed toilet, secure storage for bikes and a campfire. Sorry, no pets allowed.
