Dall Cottage Camping is a semi-wild camping site enjoying a convenient location approximately eight miles from the picturesque village of Blair Atholl. The site lies within the Cairngorms National Park and serves as an excellent base for outdoor adventures and a taste of wild camping with some luxuries. The camping area rests next to the flowing waters of the River Garry and is an excellent place to escape into nature while leaving behind the stress and strain of everyday life in the concrete jungles of the urban areas. Campers must wade across a ford to access the camping field, which is a wonderfully idyllic spot creating a feel or wild camping. River Garry is an excellent spot for some wild swimming, weather permitting, and the well-spaced out, secluded pitches afford a sense of privacy. The cheery owners are at hand to welcome guests and show them around the site. There are fire pits plus heaps of space to stretch out around every pitch allowing guests the freedom to eat, drink and gaze up at the stars alongside a crackling, toasty fire. Fishing folk are welcome to pack their gear and throw a line over the sparkling waters of the River Garry, and dog owners are welcome to bring their canines along for the stay.
